Active Transit Town Project Tracker

Shift maintains a public tracker of bike, pedestrian, and multi-use infrastructure projects in Chapel Hill, along with planning efforts that shape future walking and biking conditions. It highlights each project’s stage, funding, and timeline so you can quickly see what’s happening and how progress is moving.

We share this resource to make local transportation work more transparent and to help community members stay informed and engaged. It also guides our ongoing advocacy to push for safer, more connected mobility.

We’re building a similar tracker for Carrboro and will share it as soon as it’s ready.
